Scorecards, time clock, AI damage detection, and driver management — built specifically for Amazon Delivery Service Partners. Flat-rate pricing. No per-driver fees. Ever.
If you've spent your weekend reconciling scorecard CSVs, chasing missing pre-trip photos, or logging incidents into yet another shared Google Doc — you already know the problem. DSPowner replaces all of it with one tool that knows what an Amazon DSP actually needs.
Weekly Amazon CSVs, manual tier coloring, screenshot-and-share workflows. An hour every Monday morning.
Pre-trip photos scattered across drivers' phones. Damage findings only surface from a body shop two weeks later.
Written warnings on paper, signatures on whatever's nearby. No version of truth. No audit trail.
Live operations view, built for hands-on DSP owners.
Six core tools, built specifically for the way DSPs actually run.
Claude vision compares pre-trip and post-trip photos automatically. Flags new damage with severity scores. Email lands with before/after photos side-by-side.

Drivers flag missing or extra packages with photos. Triage actions in one place. Drivers can self-resolve. Owners get a clean audit trail.
License tracking, MVR check reminders, written warnings with e-signatures, attendance points, and photo avatars for everyone. The full driver file in one place.
Most DSP software charges per driver. As you scale from 20 to 60 drivers, your bill triples. DSPowner charges one flat rate per tier — hire 10 or 100, the price never moves.
Sign up. Bulk-invite your drivers via email, paste a CSV, or add them one by one. They get a setup link and can clock in within minutes.
Set your station radius for geo-lock, plug in your scorecard tiers, choose who gets damage alerts. Most DSPs are fully configured in under an hour.
Drivers clock in, do their pre-trip, run their route. You see the operation on one dashboard. Scorecards, alerts, hours — all in one place.
We replaced a Google Doc, a WhatsApp group, and two spreadsheets with one tool. The first week we caught van damage we would've eaten the cost on. Paid for itself in 30 days.

Start free trialDSPowner started as an internal tool — an attempt to replace the dozen spreadsheets and group chats every DSP ends up running on. Once it was working, we realized other operators had the same problem. Now thousands of drivers clock in on DSPowner every shift.
DSPs already have enough problems — driver retention, route variance, scorecard pressure. Software shouldn't be one of them. DSPowner is built to disappear once it's set up.
Per-driver pricing punishes growth. Hire 10 more drivers and your software bill triples. DSPowner charges one flat rate per tier so your pricing never works against your business.
Generic fleet apps don't know what a Fantastic+ tier means. They don't know about MVR checks, post-trip photos, or weekly Amazon CSVs. We do, because we live in this every day.
DSPowner was built by an active Amazon Delivery Service Partner who got tired of running a station out of spreadsheets and group chats. The first version was a single HTML file shared between a few drivers — a place to log incidents and track scorecard tiers without rebuilding the same Excel template every Sunday.
Within a few months, the tool had replaced the entire admin stack: scorecards, scheduling, written warnings, time clock. Other DSPs heard about it and asked for access. The "share an HTML file" version stopped scaling. DSPowner became a real product.
Today, DSPowner runs on a modern stack — Supabase for the backend, Netlify for global distribution, Anthropic's Claude for the AI features. Every feature is built first for an actual DSP that uses it daily. Nothing ships until it survives a real shift.
If you run a DSP and you've got an idea for what should ship next, tell us. Most of what's in DSPowner today started as a request from another operator.

Start free trialDSPowner's AI Damage Detection compares pre-trip and post-trip photos automatically — using Anthropic's Claude vision model — and flags any new damage that wasn't there at the start of the shift. Photos in your inbox within minutes.
Most DSPs find out about van damage from a body shop quote two weeks later. The driver who actually caused it has already moved on. The damage gets blamed on "wear and tear." The bill comes out of your pocket.
DSPowner changes that. Every post-trip inspection runs through Claude vision, comparing it against the morning's pre-trip photos. New scratches, dents, foreign objects, or anything that wasn't there before — flagged automatically, with a confidence score, before the driver even gets home.
4 angles: front, back, driver side, passenger side. Auto-resized for fast cellular upload.
Shift happens normally. No extra steps. Just the route.
Same 4 angles at end of shift. 30 seconds, tops.
Claude vision flags new damage with severity rating. Email lands with photos side-by-side.
"White object or sticker attached to the driver-side door that was not present before."
A real example from a recent inspection (anonymized).
Four actions, each one a single click. Audit trail captured automatically.
"I saw it, no action needed." Closes the alert. For cosmetic stuff you don't care to chase.
"AI got it wrong." Marks as false positive. The model gets conservative, but sometimes still misses.
Records the cost against the driver in DSPowner. Routes to your payroll workflow.
Creates a repair ticket with vendor, estimated cost, and scheduled date.
The AI is intentionally conservative. It's been tuned to only flag what's clearly new — not dirt, not lighting changes, not the same scratch from a different angle. False positives are rare. False negatives (missing real damage) happen, especially for very subtle damage on metallic panels. Always have a human review flagged photos before billing a driver.
In our pilot, AI flags new damage on roughly 1 in 30 post-trip inspections. Most days will be quiet. When a flag does come in, it's usually real.
AI Damage Detection is included in Professional and Enterprise plans. Free for 30 days.
Start free trialDSPowner imports your weekly Amazon CSV in 5 seconds, ranks every driver against your tier thresholds, and surfaces who needs coaching this week. The same data Amazon shows you — just usable.
Download the Amazon weekly CSV, paste it into your master spreadsheet, manually re-color the tier pills, hand-rank everyone, screenshot it, send it to your group chat, repeat next Monday. An hour gone. Worse — the tier thresholds you and Amazon use can drift week to week, and your spreadsheet doesn't know that.
One drop. DSPowner reads the file, matches drivers by Amazon ID, and stores the week's metrics. No formulas, no manual cell formatting.
Configure your thresholds once (Fantastic+ / Fantastic / Great / Fair / Poor). DSPowner auto-assigns tiers using Amazon-weighted scoring (Safety 47.5%, Quality 47.5%, Team 5%).
See each driver's last 6 weeks of tiers at a glance. Find who's slipping before Amazon does.
Weighted exactly like Amazon: Safety 47.5%, Quality 47.5%, Team/Fleet 5%.
Configurable thresholds for Fantastic+, Fantastic, Great, Fair, and Poor.
Tier history per driver. Color-coded. Spot drift before it becomes a problem.
Rank pills, tier color coding, weekly position changes. Visible to drivers.
Standard Amazon scorecard export. Drag and drop. No mapping required.
Auto-flag drivers who've slipped 2 tiers in a row. Coach them before they're written up.
Drivers clock in at the station, not from home. GPS-verified. Auto-tracked breaks, lunches, and overtime. Per-driver weekly hours rollup with one click.
Drivers can only clock in when they're physically at your delivery station. Configurable radius (default 1000 ft). Distance-from-station logged on every entry.
Two paid breaks tracked separately from the unpaid lunch. Drivers tap "Start Break" → "End Break". Total break time auto-calculated.
Standard FMCSA lunch tracking. Auto-deducted from total shift hours.
Configurable per-state OT rule. Flags drivers heading into OT before the week ends so you can adjust schedules.
See exactly how each driver split their hours: Mon 5h / Tue 6h / Wed 7h. Click any cell to drill in.
Drivers clock in from their phone. GPS check happens silently. No app to install — works in any browser.
Every driver, every status, every avatar. Sortable by clock-in time. Click any row to see breaks and lunch detail.
Total weekly hours, OT hours, break time, and labor cost (with configured wage). Spot the OT before it hits payroll.
Driver forgot to clock out? One-click edit. All edits logged with who-made-the-change for audit.
